The Definition of Great Customer Service is thoughtful response to your questions and actions to help you resolve your issue. After an e-mail to DriveThruCards.com about our new line of card backgrounds we are trying to get off the ground, they responded back not only with answer to [redacted], but also some technical help to make the card backgrounds better for use. They want us to succeed as much as we want to, and that is a good partnership to have.
Now, we're going to have to publish a card game or two through them. Micro Games. Those are those little games that are, like, 40 cards or less and pack a big whallop for the price. They are a fascinating puzzle for a game designer: minimal product, maximum fun. We've taken the challenge and are making one.
The key to a good micro game is to either cram a lot into a little space or have other factors, like social interaction, help fill in the gap. We're playtesting one now that has the latter. If it works, be on the lookout for artwork and more. Now, if only we can make it an RPG game with cards, too. April 2013 has been A'n'SR's best month ever. We sold more games this month than any other month since we began in January of 2009. This new level of awesome was led by our new -U- Core Rules + Options Bundle and -U- Settings: Monstera Ball (both released about mid-month).
A'n'SR makes a promise that anyone who bought a product from us in the best month ever receives one of our next games or expansions absolutely free. So, for those of you that helped us out in April, thank you, and look in your e-mail for a free game or expansion. We appreciate your support greatly. |
