What is the U3 RPG?
U3 RPG is the 3rd edition of our in-house role-playing game system. It began with -U- the Game of Stories. It then morphed into a version we semi-released as one game, and then progressed to our 3rd edition. U3, though, is not your typical game system. It is, instead, more of a set of building blocks for you to make your own RPG experience however you like.
Essentially, we broke down what the individual parts are to a role-playing game, and then started making modular pieces to them that we could mix and match together to make a game feel the way we wanted. For example, if you want a traditional fantasy game feel, we have a d20 Action Checks module that we use to resolve actions in the game. If you want to get the feeling of excess and more is more powerful, then we have a "roll all the d6's in the house" module. Everything from character creation, to rewards, to consequences, and more are modularized and mixed up to make the game experience we want people to have.

Where Are the U3 Building Blocks?
We're working on releasing them, we just have not decided the best way to do it. Maybe as a Compendium. Maybe as individual blocks. Maybe as free web pages. We're just not sure.
In the meantime, you can see some of the configurations in any of the U3 RPG games we release. They are all made up of these building blocks. they are all great, rules-light games. They all feel very different when you play them.
